I get 8 hrs of sleep each night. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does I must nap. Am I missing a vitamin?

More than likely you need to focus on breathing properly and getting enough oxygen in your system. Lack of it will cause fatigue and sleepiness.

Vitamin or iron deficiency?
Try some multi vitamins with iron and after a week to 10 days you should feel a difference (if that was the problem). If not, see your doctor.

It happened to me during the first few weeks of starting to work out, then it just stopped. I think it was just an adjustment period, I ended up having more energy throughout the day.

you need to take vitamins and you should have more enengy after workout
