not bad but not good at the same time....you're better off going with the plain old oatmeal and just adding some fruit

i've been eating a pouch of flavored oatmeal every morning before work for about a year now. it think it's helping. the oatmeal does help with nutrition and a of course part of a healthy diet, but it does have a lot more sugar than regular. i don't think having it as part of your diet would hurt the diet though. of course plain (and eww...lol) oatmeal with some fruit would be the healthiest way to go. good luck on your diet!

Why don't you look at the two separate containers when your at the grocery store and see for yourself?
And, the oatmeal express is going to cost more than your good ole plain oatmeal.

no, its not "bad" but the flavored ones may have more sugar in it...
plain oatmeal is probably better for supporting your diet.
