Okay, I'm coming to town on Thursday night and leaving Monday night...11/2 ~ 11/6. Anything really cool to going on for me and my Man to do ? We're into most music, except for country stuff.

There's always music somewhere in town. Pick up a copy of Time Out New York (or go online) for bands, clubs, and times. Plus, you get a big treat this weekend. Sunday is the New York City Marathon. It's a blast to watch, I ought to know, I ran four of them.
PS, The weather is supposed to be perfect autumn in New York weather all weekend - crisp, cool and sunny. You picked a great weekend to visit.

CMJ Music Marathon goes through Saturday. Lots of bands playing all over the city. Check out cmj.com or grab a free copy of the Village Voice.
