Yes. Anything you can broadcast on your TV can be recorded by a VCR.

In general you can. But many of the copy protected DVDs, when recorded onto a VCR, shows grainy picture, though it is ok on the TV. This can not be circumvented or bypassed

Yes, but some of those DVDs have copy protection that causes the transfer to less less than optimal!

yes. attach the DVD output to your TV and record the TV input channel with your VCR.

YES. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT BUT I KNOW YOU CAN.
YOU HAVE TO SOMEHOW GET THE VIDEO INTO A FILE ON THE COMPUTER AND CONVERT IT TO A FORMAT FOR BURNING ON A BLANK DVD.
