Nope. Can't think of anything.
But seriously, anything kind that you aren't forced to do is a random act of kindness. Pick something up for someone, help someone get a box off a high shelf. The possibilites are endless, and present themselves every day. All you have to do is be aware, and do it when the opportunity comes along.

A couple of things that I have done is paid the toll for the car behind me on a bridge or paid someone else's bill at a restaurant. I know that these involve money though...
What about small things such as helping someone carry their groceries in or holding a door open for someone or offering to return library books for an elderly neighbor. You could also pull someone's weeds in their yards.

I go down to my local animal shelter and volunteer my time for three hours a week. The animals get enrichment and I get to touch soft fluffy kitty cats and puppies. It's awesome and I know my efforts don't go un-noticed because when I arrive I see how excited the regular pups that have trouble finding a home are when they see me. Just bring tissues! There are some sad stories but you just do your best to cheer them up. I hate the abuse cases but it makes me love them just a little bit more... Totally worthwhile, just don't take them all home even if you really really want to :)

Random acts of kindness could include stuff such as: sweeping your neighbor's sidewalks (or shovelling snow in the winter), picking up trash around your neighborhood (or in a neglected public place), leaving plates of goodies on people's doorsteps, volunteering at a hospital, and so on....

*If you happen to see an elderly person shoveling their driveway, offer to do it for them.
* If you see someone struggling at the grocery store, reaching for something, looking for something, needing help getting their load into the car... offer help.
* feel free to pay the small toll fee for the car behind you (if there is a toll)
* Bring some hand-made cards for a holiday, to a senior citizens center or nursing home, alot of older people feel like they've been forgotten. Sadly.
I could go on and on and on...

Donate blood-especially during this holiday season-it cost you nothing and can mean the world to a stranger. Give the gift of Life I can think of no better kindness.

Be alert daily for these kinds of deeds.
They are all around if you look.
If you want something more scheduled (not terribly random then is it?), then a visit to your local homeless shelter, particularly around the holidays.

Try the childrens ward at your nearest hospital. Anything goes. Story-telling, games , homework ,or just being there, I have been doing it for years . It also gives me a daily remindre of how lucky I am.

Try a church they are always needing someone to go do something for them. What I mean they usually need people to go and help out at homeless shelters and stuff.
