Depends on the format in which the movie downloaded. Please repost with the extension of the movie file, and with what DVD burning software you have (Nero, Roxio, etc) and someone will be able to give you specific instructions. Different for each files foramt and each burning software.

you need a video file to dvd converter program. I recommend cucusoft avi/mpeg to dvd converter. download n try it here: http://www.burner-software.com/AVI-to-DVD-Converter/MPEG-AVI-to-DVD-VCD-Converter.html
- add your movie to the software
- insert a blank dvd
- click convert
