Dump him, he has very little respect for you he is "just" your boyfriend not a husband and what how would you feel if he were and he were doing that!
Men will look no matter what age and even if this is a new or old relationship he is just walking all over you.... What more does he need to tell you, he is looking right infornt of you, dowe need say more? He is still looking and you are not the one, not to hurt your feelings but if you were he sure the heck wouldn't have came back with that kind of comment!!!! Get em' gone you're wasten' time....
My husband looks, my dad looks, my step dad looks, they all look but if he come right out and tells you that he doesn't care what you think or how you feel then he is just using you! He has no ture feelings for you and he doesn't even care if he hurts your feelings... Dump him!!!!!! The sooner the better and once you do he may come running back changing his tune! If he doesn't so much the better! He is getting away with what you will let him and in this case you haven't a chooice and I wouldn't saty around to be treated like that! There are way too many goodlooking, hardworking, nice, respectable men out there. How do you even trust him?

I would grab your camera phone in the mall ask a hot guy to take a picture of you and your boyfriend and as you hand him the phone start making out with him in the middle of the mall...
then turn to your boyfriend and say "oh, I dont care whether you like it or not, but I SURE AS HELL DO" then kiss him...
mall security will take care of the fight after you walk away.

Let this *** go.If he is telling you that he does not care if you like it or not, that's showing you that he doesn't care about your feelings and that you can be with him but he can do what ever he wants. You need a man and not an ***, let him go so you can be happy. Let him watch you with other men that can appreciate you and respect your feelings. Get rid of him.
