When a guy feels that he has got everything he wants to do out of his system. Clubbing, pubbing, sleeping around whatever. A guy will not settle down until he feels he has done all he wants to with his friends....trust me I know!!

The above answers are right - each guy is different and generally most people feel feel that there are things they want ot do before settling into a relationship.
However if someone says 'I'm just not ready for a relationship at the moment' to you it actually means 'I'm not ready for a relationship with you ever.' So don't bother hanging around or wondering what will change their mind cos the only thing that will is someone else.
