Tom Yum soup has to be one of the tastiest soups you can get. Its from Thailand and i eat quite a lot of it. Oooohhh!!! that tangy flavour.

Never tried it, but it looks nice and healthy. I dont like things too firey. As long as you could ask for the heat to be adjusted to my taste i would definately try it. The hottest chillies in the world are used in a lot of Thai cooking. The tiny Birds eye chillies, and the obvious Thai chillies.

If you have not done already, try Tom Ga Kai as well, a Coconut/Lemongrass type of soup with mushrooms and chicken.

Yes. My dad loves it. We have Thai friend who showed my mum how to make it properly.
