Try strip clubs, the classier the better, usually broke men don't venture into these places, and men with girlfriends are not as likely to be spending their time and money on something they can't have.

Depends. I think one of the best places to meet employed, decent, single men would be church. Seriously.
Or, through other friends/coworkers. I met my husband through an ex-boyfriend, ironically enough.

If they are really good men, employed, looking to the future/ planing ahead- one good spot would be hardware/ garden center store. Why, because looking/planing ahead requires saving, paying off home, working on home & garden/yard. Or, one may ask their friends about available, hardworking co-workers. Grocery stores, laundromats, church and any place a single man would necessarily have to go for day to day maintenance of his life. After all they also have to have clean clothes and someone has to wash them. He also has to eat so he must buy groceries. Unless he eats out all the time.
