There is no short cuts to training your ears to hear.Are you hearing voices now?Some states of meditation and exaltation allow one to "hear clearly".

no such thing.

when your ready your ready, and you'll have it.

if you are close enough, then you can learn it rather than wait for it to come naturally, but you can't force it.
