1 to hold the light bulb, 1 to bring him a beer, 12 to chat him through it and cheer him on "Hey, buddybuddy, you can do it, bring it on home, yay, buddybuddy, there ya go, almost there, alright!"
Fortunately they will not need anyone to read directions...
Sadly, without the woman TELLING him to do it, it would never get done, so the complete answer would be 1 woman and 14 men.
Even more sadly, 99% of the time, the woman will just do it herself because it's far less time consuming as she doesn't require applause or sexual favors after changing the light bulb in order to feel appreciated and special.

5....one to hold the light bulb and 4 to turn the ladder.....or....how about, noone really knows, I've never seen one do it! No wait, that's change the roll of toilet paper. I still stay 5, one to stand on the chair and the other 4 drinking and laughing like h*** when he falls off.
