obese is a medical term to decribe anyone with a BMI greater than 30%.

plump and fat are relative terms of perspective.

Well if you're referring to women? Plump is a little more weight than skinny. I love plump girls myself. Fat is a few more pounds than they would rather be. But they can still tuck it in a bit and hide it. Obese is when they put on so much weight that you can't tell where the boobs end and the belly begins.

plump is a lilttle chubby and filled out. fat is just fat and overly filled out. obese is extremly fat. obese is when this fat becomes an unhealthy issue

fat-flabby?
obese-very fat or overweight

basically, plump=fat=obese all the same meaning

This is completely my opinion but here it is:
Plump is 10-25 pounds over weight. Fat is 25-90 pounds over weight and obese is over 90 pounds overweight.
