Hmmmm if you are like me, your sleep is disturbed on a daily basis due to noisy neighbours. In my case, it's Mr Earthquake and his construction crew.

I used to be able to sleep for 10 hours straight. Now I'm lucky if I can get 5 or 6 hours in a night! I lose anywhere between 2 to 6 hours per night, so you can imagine after a few years how many thousands of hours of sleep I lack!

Oddly enough people and doctors say your body eventually gets used to the lack of sleep and develops some kind of schedule for your body to function without adequate sleep.

In your case, I suggest a few simple tricks which often work when you aren't stuck living in close quarters with noisy neighbours like I am stuck with.

Drink warm milk 30 minutes before lying down in bed.
Masturbate before going to bed. (hey it's supposed to work!)
Do not smoke, eat, watch TV or read anything unless it is incredibly boring and easy to read.

I am sure there are alot of other simple & easy ways to help fall asleep when your environment isn't preventing you from having the right for peace & quiet...

Hope this has at least helped you out a bit!
