Operational amplifier nomenclature?

What is the difference between several similar operational amplifier with same name and different prefix/suffix ? For e.g. difference between AD844AN / AD844ANZ / AD844AQ etc. Is there a standard nomenclature ? Where can I find such details ?

Sometimes it's the package, sometime electrical characteristics or frequency response. Each manufacturer has their own system for suffixes. Refer to the data sheet.
