If you are young then probably you dont have mouth cancer. Yet you need to see your doc since there are diseases other than mouth cancer that may be difficult to treat if diagnosed late eg mouth ulcer is one of the features of SLE.

Any sores in the mouth that resolve in 10-14 days are not to be worried about. If they last longer than 14 days; get them checked out by a dentist; you may need a biopsy just to make sure.

Not to worry! The occurance of recurrent mouth ulcers can be from traumas (biting your cheek), exposure to acids (pop), or sometimes worse with certain toothpastes containing Sodium Laurel Sulfate. If you smoke, or chew tobacco, Then it might be more likely to develop oral cancer, but those lesions stay, and do not come and go.

They are probably just canker sores, But it never hurts to have them checked. If a sore doesn't go away, increases in size or shape, or spreads then it could be a problem. Canker sores are a virus that becomes active in reaction to another stimuli. I get them when I am under alot of stress or get a mouth injury( such as biting my lip). There are a few products to cover the sore so they don't keep getting re-irritated.

these are most likely not cancer, but canker sores or herpes simplex. Go to the doctor to be certain, but most likely its not cancer. Cancer doesnt go away and flare up like that. That is more charactoristic of what I have desribed.
