make your own butterscotch...........quick method..............500gms brown sugar.........500 grams butter...melt butter and sugar together in a pot mixing al the time.........dont not boil.add 250 gms of golden syrup....and gently bring to boil...........add double cream till desired thickness and take off heat....butterscotch sauce
