Not necessarily. I know that white meat is better than red meat and seafood is better than pork, beef, or chicken.

Not true. Pork and beef are both red meats, and they are very similar in terms of their mineral and nutrient content, so all other things being equal pork isn't better than beef. Fish and poultry are better for you than both of them because they're lower in saturated fat, but you can reduce the amount of saturated fat you get from beef and pork by eating leaner cuts.

P.S.: Eating foods that are high in cholesterol has zero effect on your cholesterol levels. You'll get more of a cholesterol spike from eating foods containing processed flour and/or sugar than you would from eating eggs, which are notoriously high in cholesterol. Here's a quick primer on cholesterol:

SATURATED FAT = BAD (keep it to a minimum)
TRANS FAT = VERY BAD
MONOUNSATURATED FAT = GOOD
POLYUNSATURATED FAT = GOOD
WHOLE GRAIN PRODUCTS = GOOD
PROCESSED FLOUR AND SUGAR = BAD
HIGH-FIBER FOODS = GOOD
JUNK FOOD = BAD
SOFT DRINKS = VERY BAD

yes, I would agree. I guess because beef is red meat... I've heard that too much red meat is bad for you, Many studies indicate that eating a lot of red meat increases a person's risk of developing cancer. Here's one more to add to the pile. Researchers found that people who ate a lot of red meat were 30-40% more likely to develop colorectal cancer.
