I think you should give your cat something to bite preventing it bite anyone. For example a small ball or anything that is furry or soft. This is because your cat is growing cat and it like to play something and also exploring. If your cat are locked in sort a cage, better let it free because it's a living thing

At five months old, your male cat is probably coming into sexual maturity. Rough play and biting are part of the sexual mating instinct. First if he's not neutered, do it very soon. To discourage biting, each time he bites, flick him on his nose and tell him "NO." After a few times he should get the idea.

Its normal! My new little guy does the same thing. Like when their born with their litter they bite each other.. It's them showing their affection and playing with you.not realizing our skin is much more sensitive. You can say No to him in a very stern voice...put him in another room for a time out...Or what my vet told me...[what I haven't done] is spray him with a little water...Good Luck! And just remember hes still a baby and is playing..He should soon grow out of it.

my kitten is doing the exact same thing....i think its because he is still teething.....but i also think that he is still trying to play with me....i have been using a small misting bottle to squirt him everytime he bites me or another one of my pets.....this seems to work since he completely hates water (as most cats do) another thing that you can do in about a month is to get him fixed....this should stop the biting and the agression due to the loss of alot of testosterone in his stystem.....but check with the vet before you get him fixed because you can run into problems if you do it when they are too young...

good luck i hope this helps!

well, his teeths are growing.. and he feels itchy to try and shape them.

make a habit so he is introduced to toys where only he bites.
other usual places apply neem oil which would be bitter for the cat..or salt those places where your cat keeps biting .. all this will help..
