Ahoy there, I think, almost at every corner of the main streets u can find pc games stores there in Istanbul. But , if u get any chance to go to the Anatolian side of the city visit Yazici Pasaji in Kadikoy which is the center of all that PC stuff, plus it is not that expensive either. U can also check out the local pc store where u r gonna stay. Like i told you there is a pc games store here n there in Istanbul. Remember we are talking about a city with over 15 million people population. Then do the math.

There must be a lot of D&R Music Centres and Dost Book Stores in main streets or large shopping centres. Do not deceive by their names, they also sell PC games, DVD's, computer equipments, etc.
