I always like scrambled eggs after I have been drinking all weekend. I don't know why. As far as the greasy/salty cravings go, I think it has something to do with your body replacing all the salt that you had drained away the night before. The greasy part is just comfort food I think. I also like to hire a couple topless cleaning girls from a local business to come in and clean up my place too after I have been drinking all weekend. They get the place clean and are nice to look at.

If I get a hangover,I don't fancy any food but dry toast or crackers
to ease the urge to throw up. I keep from getting hangovers by eating the greasy food before I start drinking.
