That is not a side-effect of detox, that IS detox.
I am not aware of the exact detox method you are referring to, but your body doesn't really like changes like that, so even if you are trying to get healthier, your body will feel like it is getting angry with you by potentially giving you get headaches, body aches, you could feel weak, you might even get a bit of an odor when you sweat, and a whole other host of symptoms. Eventually it'll pass.

Detox removes substances and chemicals that the body has become used to but are not supposed to be present. When your body starts to lose these chemicals it has to adapt and often suffers side effects. The worse the side effects the more your body was affected by the substance its losing.
Headaches are common side effect of losing caffene.

just because something is good for one it may not be for you.I havent heard of this detox/diet but it could be that you are allergic to something in this stuff or it may be toxic. Some of the "natural" product s have bad reactions with somethng else you may be taking.I would get off it since the headache may be a hint that this isnt for you then check this product out a little better

Drink plenty more water and make sure you are having regular bowell movements.Take a herbal poop remedy if your not. ie tea, psyllium husk, etc..... The head aches are caused from toxins in the body.
