I've seen jars of honey with the honeycomb included with the honey, generally at country stands, and I'm curious what the honeycomb is used for.

For appearance and as an indicator the honey is pure and not been aldulterated with corn syrup. Also honey comb is edible. Husband LOVES it, spread the honey and comb onto hot muffins, etc and eat. He also will take a spoonful of comb with honey and eat it plain, but then he is a bit weird.

Decoration. And some people like to chew the wax comb to get more honey out. No real reason other than marketing and some folks like it.

it quite is in easy terms for prepare that it quite is in there. Use the honey up. while no longer something however the comb is left, wreck off a chew and chew it and suck on it. Spit it out while the honey style is long previous.

My dad puts it in his jars for decorative purposes but it is very healthy and edible.
