Okay, can I have some opinions on why some guys don't want you, but don't want someone else to have you?

well, the ones that are saying that they don't want you, actually do want you. That is why they get jealous when someone else gets close.

now, to start with guys are fools.
they can't commit to anything,
they can't or don't decide what's what until they're absolutely forced to.
they want to want, they want what they want and i've no doubt whoever wants you WANTS you but we wait too long to make a decision.
They get jealous when they've no right to. Alot of guys just can't help it. i've suffered from this mildly, but it sickens me to see it, especially the over jealous boyfriends; doesn't that just turn girls away & make them not want to be in that smothering relationship?
I wouldn't want someone else to have you. That's just blatantly obvious (!) I'd want you for myself in that situation and hopefully
i wouldn't behave like a twerp & not make a decision.

BECAUSE men more then women have a territory sens is the same thing with the dogs they pee to cover their territory so in their DNA men have this territory thing also as well with sleeping with other women and cheating on them they want more and more territory. to the conquest of the world. (Guys don;t feel insulted but that's the way it is u share somethings with some animals)

This is a longshot, but some guys really care about you as a friend, but not as a girlfriend. They don't want someone to take advantage of you. I know some girls that I really care about, but they are not my type for a girlfriend. ...but I really concern myself with who they date. I almost love them as a sister rather than a girlfriend. ...but anyway, that is the reason I've done that before.

Its our nature to be protective, the guy is thinking I dont want you now maybe latter but he doesnt want some one else to come in and take you away that will stop him from getting you when he wants you

Because women are property (to some men), they don't want to see you happy. Also they feel if you don't have another man they can come back anytime they want. This has nothing to do with love.

Little boys often don't want to play with their toys until another kid wants to play with it. I don't mean to liken women to toys in saying this it's just you're describing some very childlike behavior.

May be they think that you are very great, and nobody deserves you. They may be feeling that any person in your life, is there just to make your life miserable by cheating you.
