when a person eats 3 times a day, there tends to be a longer gap in between meals. so by the next mealtime, u feel more hungry and end up eating more.
eating 5 to 6 small meals ensures that u dont end up stuffing urself. ofcourse one shud also eat the right foods. plenty of salads, veggies, fish etc. also ensure that u take in atleast 8 glasses of water.

u get the energy needed forthe day and u wont gain weight oppposed to 3 big meals a day. Most of these small meals are really like cereal bars and a smoothie.

If you are an active person - it increases youe metabolism. Look at a bear that eats one big meals, it is quite a fat animal but look at a deer that is constantly grazing, it is lean.

If you sit at work all day that many meals may make you pick up more weight than lose it

metobolism. when you eat small meals your body breaks it down faster you eat 5 to 6 times a day to not be hungry and because the meals are small your bodys metobolism works better.
excersise alng with that is the best diet.

if you eat a few small meals rather than pigging out once or twice it gives your body time to digest it and burn up all the calories . its supposed to be healthier for you and a good way to stay at the weight you want or maybe help you lose weight.

your body does not store it as much fat. If you eat one time a day your body goes crazy and stores it all into fat, but if you eat like 6 times a day your body does not have to store as much into fat. But to make this all work out you have to eat way less per meal

besides i love to eat several times a day. i stay in much better shape that way!
