yes, considering most family cases go to the law master and they can determine the fate of peoples life without requiring any proof. criminals get better treatment than that, at least there has to be the burden of proof or lack thereof. I believe all famly courts should be abolished and all cases should go in front of a real judge that has to follow the law instead of a whim. in front of a law master parents are getting away with things and some punished for things that they did and did not do.

If irresponsible parenting were criminalized, more than half of the country's parents would have be to arrested. While it's a noble idea, it's also not a feasible idea. Unfortunately...it's not against the law for stupid people to breed.

absolutely. when i see these kids go into these school and try to do harm to students that want to learn.. the parents should be held responsible. how could you not know your kids had a closet full of weapons. people whose kids get pregnant..the parent should be held responsible under the age of 18

I think for the most part, it is. It is illegal to neglect your child, abuse your child, etc.
