Pizza? Taco Bell? Get healthier.
Get some chicken pieces, breasts are fine although I prefer dark meat, cook them over medium heat in 2 Tablespoons olive oil, until they are golden on both sides about 10 minutes. Add a cut-up onion, garlic salt is ok but preferably fresh cut up garlic, 1/4 teaspoon oregano or thyme, add 1/2 cup water, sliced carrots and celery and cook a further 15 minutes. You can add cut-up potato at this point too...If you have a can of tomato sauce you may add that, and adjust the water to the consistency you like in a gravy. Total cooking time no less than 25 minutes to ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Fast food is not good for you, don't do that more than once a week.

Forget Taco Bell. Go for some Chipotle! It rules. I moved to England and they don't have it here. :-(

something quick and easy so you'll be ready for the trick or treaters. I hate putting my food down to give out candy. I'm eating early and getting it over with.

Subway, double up on the lettuce and tomato on whatever sandwich you order. Your bowels will appreciate the vegetables.
