Go on to weightwatchers.com.you will be surprised what u can learn.....If you have any free time a lunch,walk if its only for 10 minutes...something is better than nothing,,,,,Climbing stairs is an excellent form of exercise...just try to do it more often Thur the day if that's all you have time for...........at 5'1'' you have a weight range of 143 lbs. to 179....
