I really feel that some of you people are extremely rude!!!!! Behind your computer screen and desk you think you fall into the better then you catogory. Some people at the time just don't have the money for the vet. It doesn't mean they don't love their pets ,and being rude does not help.
There are some things you can do .Speak to your vet about a possible payment plan ,or if your vet wont do one call around to find one that will. I amagine in your area there may be low cost clinics that might be able to help or possibly the humane society .Just do a search for options. They are out there ,you just have to do the leg work. Good luck .My thoughts and prayers are for your cat. Don't let some of these people bother you. At times in life we all fall into money problems.

This is a very bad sign. You will need to go to the vet immediately. If he will work out a payment plan for you then you can treat her, but if he is not willing to do that then he can perhaps put your cat gently to sleep rather than making it suffer through a painful uterine infection that will kill her more slowly.
Spaying her may have prevented this.

Try calling an Animal Rescue League and see if they can assist you. They often have vets who will help them at little or no cost. If you can't locate a number, try calling your local Animal Shelter or police department to get connected with the right folks. Also some veteranarians will direct you if you call and you can't afford the bill.
Good luck...

Is she pregnant or has she had kittens.
Call your vet if you have a good reputation with your vet. Even though they do not accept payment plans some will if you are a good customer.
Call and ask all they can say is yes or no

Is she spayed? If not she could have what is called a pyometra, an infection in the uterus. She could die from it if is has ruptured. Without taking your cat to the vet you will never know for sure what is wrong.

Get your cat to the Vet! Worry about the money later - many vets will take payment plans. She is your pet and you are responsible for her care!

Try your local Humane Society or animal shelter. Sometimes they have low cost treatment or can direct you to a vet who does. If not, you can leave her they and they will probably keep her comfortable until she expires or they can euthanize her. Sometimes we all fall short on money, that does not mean you do not love your pet. (vet bills can get insanely expensive)

She is dying, and if you don't take her to the vet, that will be the end of it. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you.

Maybe ask about the Farley Foundation, don't know if they can help. Check it out on the internet.

Maybe you shouldn't have adopted her if you can't afford to take care of her properly. Take her to the vet ASAP!! It may be treatable.
