ooooh that can be a bit tricky. that's very murky territory there.

i'd really think about it if i were you.

how close are you as family friends?

how much do you see of each other?

have you considered the possibility that you might spend a long time together but a longer time as exs? that can be nasty, especially if all the family knows your business. i'd enjoy having the relatinoship, even fool around, but i wouldn't go into an all-out relationship because i'd be too scared of the s*... that might blow up if we parted.

BUT THEN MAYBE YOU'RE NOT LIKE ME; All relationships move on, none are stagnant. It wouldn't work if you one of you wants one thing and the other one doesn't. if i were you, i'd just spend more time & find a way to work up the courage to make a move, either tell him or use body language to suggest it to him.

Either way, i wish you all the best & you reach a mutually beneficial solution.

Ask the dude out!
No better person to date than one you've known and been friends with.
You will however, have to issue a disclaimer, to revert to status quo in case it doesnt work out.

ask him to escort you to the pictures, say you are meeting a friend, then when your friend does not turn up! get him to take you inside, then you can take him inside.

its all to do with animal instints and scents! if he likes the smell of you he will try to mate.

cheers
