What is going on with you women these days? Myself, and many younger guys like myself are noticing a lot of girls our age are dating middle-aged blokes. Is this just a London thing or was it recommended in some daffy women's magazine lately, so now every bird in England is dumping their boyfriends to play house with guys old enough to be their father. It is irritating because it is starting to become noticable, and nobody is explaining to us why this is going on. Obviously, it's something beyond the individual relationship I had with my girlfriend, because as I said, it's happening to a lot of people I know as well. Answers please!

Young women have always chosen older men over younger men. Older men have always provided things many things younger men lack or have not learned yet. It doesn't mean money. Usually it's maturity, stability, and a real understanding of a relationship. Older men want to settle down and cheating usually isn't a issue because they are purely happy with the thought that a young bird wants them! You see it here in the states constantly.

It's not the end of the world. I'm a girl, but my situation is similar. I'm 23, and before the guy that I'm currently dating (we've been together for just over a year), I had never actually called a guy my "boyfriend." I'd hooked up with a couple of guys (ONLY a couple!). Both times, I had some sort of connection with the guys, but neither turned very serious. As bad as this may sound, I think it would be weirder if you'd never kissed a girl or anything, but since you have, it's obviously not an issue of being awkward around girls. I happen to find it attractive when a guy hasn't had a lot of girlfriends. It lets me know he takes relationships seriously and doesn't want to jump into something and become some girl's *****. On the other hand. it is unusual not to have dated at your age. Since you're a guy, you are expected to ask the girl out. My guess is that you haven't done your part. If you approach a girl, ask for a date, and go from there, you'll eventually end up in a relationship. (Trust me, us girls are easily attached--sometimes too easy!) I'm guessing you aren't asking. Wine and dine a couple of girls. The right one will come along :)

women of this age have become more intelligent specially when it comes to relationships. gone are the years when the role of women are as child-bearers, home care takers, and family supporters. also, this age has shown that men have become a Little less mature than before and do not occupy the corporate world alone anymore. Women have entered the scene and a lot of them have shown great potentials. I think this is one reason why women get attracted to older men these days. They want someone who has had MORE experience in life. This way they learn a lot of things and have someone sensible to talk to and discuss about not only family life but also regarding various subjects. Also, men aged 40 above would usually be stable in life already and have successful careers. And women tend to look for men who can take care of them, not only emotionally and physically, but also financially. Women usually mature faster than men, that's why they want someone who can be level with them. No offense meant to asker and all young men out there.

No, not a fad..
Girls are getting smart...
They are looking for someone who is mature, wise, financially secure, stable, can care for and provide for all their needs, do not require them to work, live a stress free life, have the nicer things in life.....On and on....Whats not to like about that ??
Some of them can set themselves us as "Trophy Wives"..
Get a good pre-nup...Live a life of ease and be guaranteed security and a good life...They only need to be a good , loyal loving wife , friend & companion and that is all they wanted anyway...That is all anyone wants...

Without playing games, don’t be available 100% of the time or let your life be an open book. A man that comes on too strong or doesn’t have outside interests will scare a woman away just as much as it would if the circumstances were reversed. Read here http://AttractAnyWoman.emuy.info/?mD87

Women don’t want to feel as though they are completely responsible for your happiness and that is what it feels like when the other person has no outside interests. Men who are overeager or jump when the woman says jump are the ones who are more likely to end up in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean that you should play the game of not calling for a few days; it means that you should set healthy boundaries until you both naturally find a spot for the other in your lives.
