yes and no i say this because it does not actually show up as alcohol rather it shows the elements that make the alcohol but they cnt say for sure what it was you had when it shows that is why they have a secondary testing system that they take blood from you to determine wether or not it was drug in youre system or if it was in fact just alcohol i know this cos ive had it done to me its a pain in the *** when ya work in the meat industry ya have these once a month

It will show up if they test for it. But in most standard drug tests they dont test for alcohol, just illegal substances.
