I'm on 18pts Weightwatcher's diet. I have a stone to lose and have been very good for a couple of weeks, apart from a couple of drinks at the weekend, but lost nothing so far. I have PMT at the moment and tummy ache!

I had a small egg sandwich, funsize mars bar, snackajack, slim cupasoup and special k chocolate chip bar!

I have a friend who got stuck....and could not lose. She backed up to the points she was eating prior for about a week or so. Then went back to her normal points ( 18 for you) and jump started her weight loss again. She did not gain during that time. I am following her plan and have lost 20 lbs since June. woohoo. When we splurge at lunch time, we eat a light, very light dinner. I hope this helps you. Good luck.

Have your naughtly lunch. Enjoy it. Then move on. Forget it and get back to your routine. In the long run, you'll be happier & more satisfied because you let yourself do it and then you were disciplined enough to go back to it.'

Gee, I defined a naughty lunch different.

That is where I sneak home to my wife for a quickie..A little afternoon delight.
