If you're that concerned about your friends' opinions, you're probably not going to be comfortable with one night stands anyways.
And your friends are probably VERY concerned about the safety issues for you. Women tend to be in a lot more danger in those situations than men are. Do you have a plan in case something goes wrong? Did anyone know where you were or who you were with in case you disappeared?

Unfortunately we live in a society that has a different set of rules for men and for women. The term used is "Double Standards".
In this society.....as in most, the Machismo standards apply when it comes to a man's behavior and customs, as opposed to what is acceptable in a woman's behavior. In our society we reward men because of their sexual conquests.....the more women he conquers, the more he is considered virile and manly. The more men a woman is with, the more she is considered a woman of low standards, loose....let's just say it....a Slut! Is it fair.....absolutely not! There should be fair play as far as women and men are concerned....specially in this particular topic. As far as I'm concerned, do with your life as you wish....as long as in the end you have no regrets whatsoever of your choices in life.

If there were no girls doing it, there would be no guys trying to get in!!! Pay no attention to the buffoons that come down on women for wanting sexual gratification. They are the ones that never get laid and try and justify their actions by recruiting more frustrated people!!!
