It is an allergy! I usually get this when I eat milk chocolate. You should drink plenty of water (not cold, room temperature is fine) and eat apples, foods which are high in omega 3-6-9. Foods like pumpkin seeds and flax seeds are very anti-inflammatory, and are the best possible foods for allergies.

Check this page for foods and drinks which contain high omega:

It's most likely allergy. AVoid scratching it as this might lead to mroe problems with ur mouth and tongue. Try to gargle to remove any remaining pieces. Drink lots of water and take vitamins. If the problem persists, consult your doctor. It might be worse if ti doesn't go away in short time. God bless.

It is an allergy. Usually it is when your sinuses are also irritated and the irritation goes through to the roof of the mouth. I rub it with my tongue too.
