As long as you also getting a good amount of fibre from fruits and veggies, and carbohydrates from bread, pasta, potatoes, etc, you should be fine.

Cooked thoroughly and if it is lean. But you might want to introduce other meats to your diet. Beef is good in moderation much like everything else. Too much of it can be dangerous.

It is never good to eat just one single thing all the time, your body needs a variety of food in order to sustain it properly.

Try eat chicken or fish for a change!

Depends how you cook it, if you're frying it in fat then it's not as healthy as grilled, obviously, but you should try varying your diet, not just for your health but you'll just end up hating it if you eat it every day.

Be a Vegetarian, practice YOGA, eat dry fruits that are organically grown native varieties + PRACTISE LOVING & GIVING .... all this can take any one to good mental & physical health. Good Luck with your diet.
