there are different ways to get through this, depending on your interests. Some people find exercise helps them, perhaps a run, or a walk in a nice area. Some people find listening to music and relaxing. Others may draw, paint, something in the form of art. I like to read, mostly poetry. Several times I've gotten the advice to write in a journal. It helps clear your head and get your emotions out. It also may lead you to an answer that you didn't realize you already had...

Try signing a happy song just keep signing it until you feel better you can pray for peace and joy God will fill you with the Joy of the Holy Spirit if you ask him it really does help I do know it is easy to let the world get you down when you see all the sadness around you. The world is in need of a lot of prayer and peace. I know this being a Christian doesn't mean you will be happy and joyful all the time I am a grown man and the tear drops have fallen from my face many times my heart has been broken and made to feel real sad with little worth and i find with out my God i am nothing but he doe's have a reason for me to wake up in the morning there is someone out there somewhere i need to help. God has purpose for my life and he has purpose for your life too be happy knowing someday all the pain and sorrow and sickness is going to end.

Jesus is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. Not sure if your saved or not but getting saved would be a great place to start, and then talking to Jesus and God. This is a serious answer. I use to be sad alot. I cried alot and had thoughts of suicide a few times, and then Jesus spoke to my heart and I was saved on March 4. I realized there was nothing to be sad over. I made mountians out of ant hills, because I dwelled on the problem instead of talking to someone and that someone was Jesus.

Philippians 4:6-7 says: “Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.”
1 Pet 5:6-7 "6Â Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt YOU in due time; 7Â while YOU throw all YOUR anxiety upon him, because he cares for YOU."
But prayer may not come easy, especially if you are like many people who don't feel close to thier creator. But remember he is not far off from each one of us and just by calling out to Him we are drawing closer to him and thus he will draw close to us. James 4:8: 'Draw close to God, and he will draw close to YOU.' and Acts 17:27 'seek God, if they might grope for him and really find him, although, in fact, he is not far off from each one of us.' As with anyone it's much easier to talk to someone if we know thier name. So why not call God by his name which is found in most Bibles at Ps 83:18 which says: 'That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.'
Best wishes

What I do is reflect on what made me sad! then I pray to God and sometimes fall asleep to get the sadness out of my heart! But first you gotta cry and then talk to God and tell Him what made you sad!
I hope ur feeling better!

Jesus is always there for you to talk to, if you believe...Your physical eyes may not see Him, but you will feel His warmth..He will give you peace, He'll comfort you. Speak what's in your heart to Jesus, He will hear and give you what you need...Believe and receive the promise; your sadness will be turned to JOY, in Jesus name!

pray to the Lord Jesus. he will answer your questions, solve your problems, and take away your pain. the trick is to listen for his response. he speaks in a small voice so you wont hear him if you have music baring or worrying about work. sincerely ask him to help you and give you strength, then sit and relax for awile. empty your mind and listen for his voice.
