It's a rash that is located superior to the elbow on the back of both arms. Its a blotchy, red, with bumps that are sometimes raised alittle and sometimes not raised. There is no itch and it has been there since childhood. When I tan in the summer, its less noticeable. Its probably something real common, I just dont know what it is and if theres anything I can do to treat it. Thanks :)

I get rashes from all bath soaps accept dove unscented. I also get rashes from all laundry soaps accept Ivory snow. I can't use fabric softener either.
