It's been my experence that 99% of all dis-ease comes from colon proplems which in turn may come from digestive issues. It is may understanding that when the colon wall allows bacteria in colon to enter the blood stream it will settle on the joints and cause proplems.

Glucosamine is a natural product (made from the shells of shellfish or refined from corn) that has been shown to be extremely beneficial for joint pain. It stimulates cartilage cells to synthesize glucosaminoglycans and proteoglycans, which are responsible for maintaining your body's joints. I've had two knee surgeries; my doctor recommended I take 1000 mg of glucosamine chondroiton every day- you should give it a try.

Why dont you try physical therapy? maybe it will help reduce the popping sound of your joint. I think your joint is lax.
