That's actually not a very bad idea. Though I would suggest giving them to the older crowd of kids that are too big to be trick or treating anyway, and giving the little kids candy.

I'm thinking you are looking for reactions here....
NO, don't give out condoms for Halloween...yes, I agree it's never to early to educate, but that's NOT your decision for anyone's child but your own.
And yes, it would be funny to see them blown up like balloons, but then again, it wouldn't be funny if some pervert took the sight of the condom as a 'sign' to abuse a child...think about it.
Have a happy and safe Halloween, and opt for the Nerds instead, please!

I don't know what to say. To be perfectly honest, this question should be deleted. Sure...let's give a 5 year old a condom, and then the next day, the child looks at it and asks his/her parents, "mommy, daddy, what's this? A balloon?" Unless you like to have tons of phone calls from parents complaining about you giving out these condoms to children, and would like to pay a fine for when you get arrested by the police, go right ahead. Did I forget to mention that if you continue this "giving out condoms to children on holloween" for next year and the year after that, you could get kicked out of your neighborhood, and be forced to move somewhere else. I thought trick or treating is suppose to be about giving away free candy or snacks, not giving them condoms.
