2 Corinthians 11:14 - "And marvel not; for Satan himself is disguised as an angel of light."
If you're reffering to the Hollywood / horror movie portrayal of him, No, he doesn't have horns, with a pitchfork, tail, and fangs. He's coming to decieve the nations, not scare the nations. He wants to be worshipped as God, as it's written in Daniel 11 and II Thessolonians 2. So he'll be on his "best behavior" to play the role of Jesus, as the Antichrist. The pride in his heart (ego) has caused him to fall. He is jealous of God, and wants to be worshipped like God.

Satan is alleged to be the Morning Star Lucifer, which means
"light bringer". And the Book says even Satan appears as a light!
Spirits are actually an energy type being, (for lack of a better way to describe it), that can take on many forms.
Just pray for guidance and protection from our Creator.

If you'd read The Warhound and the World's Pain ... the first book of Von Bek by Michael Moorcock .... I believe he portrays Satan rather well.
That is to say the silly devil images were made in mockery of the devil.... in defiance by people who wanted to try and keep him at bay by invoking his pride.
Allegedly though, as you might imagine for being once god's favoured angel... fallen from grace.... Satan was quite possibly -the- most beautiful figure in christian mythology.... in an androgynous sort of way...
So.... golden-skinned... elegant... all that stuff.
Depends what you like really.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Satan is a seven headed dragon.
"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth . . . And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." (Revelation 12:3-9)

Just as people can see faces in clouds, we can see pictures of Satan or Jesus or anything in other places. The brain is geared towards recognizing human faces to the point that it sometimes gives false positives.
In the attached picture, for example, our brains can pick out a picture of Jesus, but really it is just a dog's butt. It's the brain triggering associations based on scant info.

In addition to the 2 Cor. 11:14 reference made above, there's only one other description of Lucifer in the Bible (the description in Revelation that another answerer posted is not an actual description; it's a symbolic desctiption). It can be found at Ezekiel 28, starting at verse12b. :
“ You were the seal of perfection,
Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13 You were in Eden, the garden of God;
Every precious stone was your covering:
The sardius, topaz, and diamond,
Beryl, onyx, and jasper,
Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold.
The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes
Was prepared for you on the day you were created.
14 “ You were the anointed cherub who covers;
I established you;
You were on the holy mountain of God;
You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones.
15 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created,
Till iniquity was found in you.
There's absolutely no doubt, the only way Satan lures us into sin is by making that sin appear attractive and alluring. It is no wonder that he is also beautiful to behold, since he uses our senses to get us to betray God.
Consider the fact that Isaiah 53:2b tells us Jesus "has no form or comeliness; and when we see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him." In the context of Satan using his beauty to entice us, doesn't it make sense that Jesus just looked like an average guy?
Peace.

Satan is an Angel. He never was horned or goat footed. He is beautiful and referred to as an Angel of Light! He appears as such, which is why he is so tricky and deceitful.

Satan was God's most beautiful angel. I don't believe the pictures show an accurate outward appearance. I definitely think it reflex his inward appearance

Satan was/is probably beautiful - as he was an angel before his pride caused him to fall from grace - so to speak. He is not ugly, red, with a tail or horns - I believe he is quite nice to look at.
