alright, forget about these other anwsers, this is the place to do it. this sight will unlock ANY nokia phone for free.
go to unlock.nokiafree.org
then type in the imei for your phone (can be found in the back behind your battery)
then select the network that it is locked into
then for phone type select the 3100 (no matter what nokia you have)
it will then publish the unlock code for you
(the p and the w and the + are all obtained by pressing the * key until it appears)

you should better try to call to networkd provider to get unlock code
if you, you should buy unlock code for it, cost about 3-4$

u can go to the dealer and they would unlock ur code or if u live in N.Delhi ( India) you can find vendors in every nook and corner who would do it for you for less than 100 rs ( $2)
