A blood test is the best way to determine if you have Hypothyroidism (sluggish) or Hyperthyroidism (always on the go and doing something all the time)
I am Hypo (sluggish and tired all the time) overweight, hard to lose...My Mom was Hyper always busy and thin.....Either way , you will be on thyroid meds for the rest of your life and they need to be checked every 6 months to 1 year..by your family Dr. or Endocrinologist................
