It really depends on what kind of pimple it is..
You need to kill off the bacteria causing the reaction.
Don't have any more dairy food or saturated fats (fats from animals or margarine) and no peanut butter, no chocolate no junk food.
Try a strong drying product like Tea Tree Oil or an acne cream or toothpaste (if your skin isnt broken).
Or if your skin is broken and you need to draw it out, try hirudoid cream from the chemist. Or you can do it by applying heat.
Make sure your hands are very clean if your skin is broken so you are not adding more bacteria every time you touch it.
Also you need to help your body heal so take Zinc supplements just a couple should help (don't go nuts and take too many). Plus vitamin C and garlic help fight infections.
Also Epsom Salts are good at drawing stuff out of your skin if you have some in your cupboard.
Also remember that a positive attitude goes miles when trying to heal your body.

Try Garnier's pimple - acne reducer.
It contains active zinc which kills the bacteria and reduces the redness by 90%. It does prevents the pimples n acne coming out again... n if u wanna say ' GOOD- BYE ' to the pimples n acne thn.wash ur face daily at nite n use a gel named Clindamycin... If u feel alergic then stop the usage... But wash ur face atlst. 4-5 times in a day...!! dat wl make u feel fresh n clean ur pores so that ur skin. cn breath freely...

Take a Q-tip swab and saturate it in hydrogen peroxide. Keep applying to the pimple to draw up the infection. It will eventually pop...then just keep applying the peroxide to clean the area and then leave it alone. It should be manageable by morning and you can cover it up with make up.

I find the Dermalogica brand of products really work for acne. I have tried their Medicated Clearing Gel and that works really well. They also have a Special Clearing Booster which I have not tried but may be the answer you are looking for.

If you are in UK I can suggest buying Dermalogica products from here as it is the cheapest place I have found: http://www.jerseybeautycompany.co.uk/
