Ok any lad that says that to a girl is just a loser and not worth much if he is so quick to point out a problem that probably isnt there. It more than likely is just him being insecure in himself and attempting to bring you down with him. If you feel that your butt is sagging - which it probably isnt - then after a shower turn the water to the coldest temperature and aim it at your butt for about 5 mins, the shock of the cold water stimulates circulation which will tone up your butt, or else use a good firming lotion like st ives or loreal perfect slim. and aim to do about 30 squats 5 nights and mornings a week and if there is a problem then this will solve it, but only take action if you yourself think theres a problem and dont be made to feel bad by anyone.

There are specific excersises u can do to "lift and tighten" your butt, butt clenches are good u can do it sitting down and no one will notice! and u can also lay on your bed with your legs hanging off, support with one leg and then raise the other (bent) higher than your butt up and down 20 times per leg every day and you should notice a difference in a couple of weeks. First of all, that is a rude comment to make. Of course it would make you feel self conciense. It has nothing to do with touching it too much or whatever.
To physically make a change, you can only use diet and exercise. Try taking the stairs and walking up and down hill. Also crunches and leg lifts while lying on your tummy.

if all else fails grab a chainsaw and chop of excess meat and send it off to ur homies in africa. u can feed the poor

Lunges, Lunges, Lunges. I have a fat *** and to keep it perky and up right I do lunges, they work and you will see a difference.
