First be different from others. that will give U her attention.But this will take some time. gradually let her know ur interest on her.
then give her a line of talk. see her reaction. then be wise and and tell how u feel. give her some time to think, be gentle.
If she say strongly say NO, fought her. don't go behind girls. that's bad for ur glamor.fiend a another one. i know that's not easy. but that is the only way, good luck brother.

There is many ways to tell someone u like themin ur chase i think u should do 2 things write a letter and tell her 2 face . the first step u to write the letter sayin dear (name) do u like me cause i like u a lot and i wanted to kno if u would want to go out wit me. U and me cant u see how are hearts are one, plz believe and dont deseve, now our journays just began. Sunlight in ur hair makes my heart jump in da air. Ur are are lik roses and u make me smile. Think bout what i wrote u.
And now step 2 is after puttin the letter in her locker after u wrote it and signed ur name walk up to her in front of everyone during lunch or a class wit a lot of ppl and walk up to her a kiss her in front of everyone then say i really like (name) walk away after sayin that. I kno it might sounds heard and embarassing but try it cause u never kno she can love u back.

that really cute i've got to admit. but make sure its i a more private place so she won't be too embarassed to open up. try also giving her a simple flower, it always gives the message directly to her.... just be sure to sign your name and none of that secret admirers stuff....
