Hi, I woke up one day to the fact that I have been ignorant of my weight. I've been working out since the last 8 months, although not extremely consistently. Its helping, though my inner thighs are refusing to give in, and the fat is causing me a lot of pain when I walk.
My thighs are rubbing when I walk and its not a nice feeling. Can you help me by suggesting EXTREMELY effective work outs for my inner thighs.
