Hi, I woke up one day to the fact that I have been ignorant of my weight. I've been working out since the last 8 months, although not extremely consistently. Its helping, though my inner thighs are refusing to give in, and the fat is causing me a lot of pain when I walk.

My thighs are rubbing when I walk and its not a nice feeling. Can you help me by suggesting EXTREMELY effective work outs for my inner thighs.

Pictures, website referals will be very much welcomed. Thank you all in advance.

My favorite exercises for that are my inner-thigh toners: Lie on your side, lift your bottom leg up and down, so you feel it inside. Also, you want to tone up your inner thighs by doing plié exercises like in ballet. That's one of the best ways to tone your inner thighs. It's second position, with feet wide out, toes out. Bend your knees and plié down. As you come back up, squeeze your inner thighs.

well there are no exercises that will get rid of just the inner thigh fat....be more consistent with your workouts and adjust your diet to lose some of that stubborn bodyfat and that will aid you greatly inyou attempt to get that area smaller. you can also try toning the muscles with hip abduction and adduction machines as well as SQUATS
