I think perpetual muslim inbreeding amongst cousins in Pakistan and the middle east IS a big issue. Apart from the genetic disease it encourages nepatism and therefore corruption. If we want muslim societies to become functioning civil societies we need to encourage muslims to breed outside of their families. The tribalism inbreeding promotes is a major barrier to progress.
