Honestly, I think it is possible, but at the same time, you won't know if it will stand the test of time if you don't spend quality time with that person. I'm not saying run and go meet people you've been talking to online, but give it time. There are alot of weirdos out there and I want you to be careful. And there are some quality people out there. It's about presentation and what you're offering them. If you take intimacy out of the picture, see what you're left with and see how long they stick around. I've met a couple gentlemen online that I'm still very close to and while eventually we realized that we we're not meant for each other, we have come to build great friendships. Open lines of communication is key to any healthy relationship. At the end of the day, if a person doesn't mentally stimulate you, is it really worth it?

I say, you can be attracted to someone but not love because love entails apart from strong emotions/feelings, compromise, trust, sacrifice, being non-judgmental, unconditional and a list of other things.
With attraction at first, if the feelings are mutual could progress into love depending on the type of relationship involved. People even mistake love for likeness/crush/infatuation but love stands the test of time. That's why, some people never get over their lost loves.

Yes you can. But before meeting the person thats infatuation. To be a true love, you need to meet, to know what makes you close, his/her likes and dislikes, befriend cos you can't be lovers when you arent friends, that cant work. Meet and know the person then it can work from there. Don't be fooled with the unknown.

reading a book bout these things. the answer is yes.
if he has peronal qualities that u look for, then yes. if u add to to even some (good) physical traits, u r there.
its like "projection". u project that u will be happy w/that person, but u need to look deeper. its too easy to say, he is this 10 things, i look for these 10 things, thus "i am in love w/him" be careful, there are many things to concider.
gl
ps. might get to that book , read some more and get back to u. email me, if u like, i will follow up w/u.

.. a certain attachment...I think you can feel as though you are...but spending time in person could change the feelings...they could grow or diminish. You need that interaction to know for sure. But i think that it creates a really strong connection/bond by knowing each other by words...spokenor written. Best friends make good lovers/mates....

ya it is possible to fall in love with someone, i've never met.but notice that when you have this feeling about him or her it means you love some of her or his charectaries.such as her or his method of speaking, or you may love his or herwords.when you see him or her you may do not like some of habbits like as her or his face.ya it is possible to fall in love but this love is for some thing else.

love is too strong a word for somebody you have not seen. talking on the phone or writing each other is much different from personally talking to each other. you may be attracted or you may have developed strong feelings for the person but it is definitely not love.
