I love that tune that's in the graduation song. My sister and her husband walked down the isle to it being played on the violin and chello and it really was beautiful. I'll search the net for the song you're looking for and I'll edit my answer if I find anything. Congratulations, by the way!!

I always fancied the addams familywedding march as played by the character lurch on the organ! Its actually the song sunrise sunset played very oddly -quite a goosepimpley moment! And quite eerie too!

Canon in D is very popular and nice.
I walked down to the music (no words) of November Rain. I know the actual song is kinda sad, but the music is beautiful.

I think you maybe talking about "Turn, turn, turn" by The Byrds. It was in "Forest Gump" and used alot on TV. As the link will explain more in detail, it is based on a bible passage. That would be great for a wedding. Good luck to you both.

Try to listen at Canon in D, by Bach.,, its a beautiful and very classic song. Especailly to walk down the isle to, you will love it.
